In the historic neighborhood of Pioneer Square Streetsense was hired to design this multiuse space with a self-sustaining grab-and go market, coffee café, and bicycle retail and service shop with leasable bike storage. The goal was to have these uses co-exist, playing off each other, attracting commuters and recreational bicyclists, while being an anchoring amenity to the surrounding developments and community. Thus “Hoot Beerdega”, “Heard Coffee”, and “Cassette Club” were born.
